Concept model and material

 We noticed that GHK's huge atrium has a very peculiar echo, so we wanted to use acoustically useful bamboo as the material for our installation. We made four musical instruments out of bamboo, and we also connected different stairwells so that students could communicate via paper phones even if they were separated by the entire atrium.
